BEE has ministered since 1979 starting in Eastern European countries,
the former Soviet Union, to develop a comprehensive training program
to help equip church leaders. For maximum effectiveness and longevity,
a training center must be owned, governed, staffed, and eventually
financed by in-site church leaders. Thus, BEE continues to work in
the countries with nationals taking more and more of the responsibility
for the ministry.
Curriculums with 16 courses had been developed for the region,
and new courses are being developed continually. These courses are
being translated and published in the countries where BEE is working.
