Course Overview
A one-year course offered once in the first half (last week of February) and once in the second half (last week of August). Includes opening worship, completion worship, and retreat. After opening worship, 7 weeks of Galatians and 8 weeks of Romans, then break. Special lectures available during break. After break, 12 weeks of The Christian Life completes the course.
Course Goals
Must be able to lead unbelievers to Christ and be actively engaged in personal evangelism.
Must be able to nurture new believers using One-on-One Discipleship Bible Study materials and establish them in Christ.
Must clearly understand the gospel that salvation is only through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
Must have a firm understanding of the issues of law and grace.
Must have begun lifelong spiritual disciplines including regular Bible reading, prayer, and fellowship with other believers.
Must master basic Bible study methods and regularly study the Bible using those methods.
Must know how to make marriage and family relationships more harmonious according to biblical teaching, and have plans and actions in place.
